How quickly will I receive a response?
We respond to all messages and emails in the order they are received — typically within 24 hours.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Our fulfillment team begins processing orders within 1–3 business days.
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@Grelz.com or call +44 20 3807 1574 , including your name and order number.
We’ll do our best to make the change before your order ships, but once processing or dispatch begins, updates may not be possible.
What is the processing time for orders?
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.
U.K. Customers: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) are processed the following business day.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
Total delivery time = processing time (1–3 business days) + shipping time (5–7 business days)
You can expect your order within 6–9 business days from the date of purchase. A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships.
Note: Our warehouse operates Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly.
Will my order arrive in one package?
Depending on the items ordered, your shipment may arrive in multiple packages. If so, deliveries may arrive 1–2 business days apart.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll notify you via email.
If restocking takes longer than two weeks, you’ll automatically receive a full refund for that item.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact us immediately at contact@Grelz.com with your name and order number. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue quickly.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order by visiting the Track My Order page and entering your tracking number.
If you encounter any issues, our support team is happy to help.
Why isn’t my tracking number working?
Tracking numbers may take 24–48 hours to activate after shipment. If your tracking still isn’t updating, please contact us for assistance.

United States: USPS
Can I return my product?
Yes! You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, contact us at contact@Grelz.com , and we’ll send you a return form to print and include in your package.
Return Shipping Costs?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
If you received the wrong or damaged item, we’ll cover the shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
Please repackage your item securely using the original materials. Returns sent without prior contact cannot be accepted.
What condition must returned items be in?
All products must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No — Grelz does not charge restocking fees.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
